About us
St. Nikolaus represent a large number of German winemakers - from entry level/private brands to VDP wine estates with 100 Parker points and from white & red wines to natural or sparkling wines.
Since our foundation in 1988 we export wines to Asia-Pacific and only in Tokyo we have our own representative taking care of the specific requirements of the Japanese market.
Hiroyuki Wada studied enology at the Geisenheim University in Germany and is hence very familiar with the German wine culture.
At ProWine Tokyo we will exhibit wines from Mosel, Pfalz, Nahe, Franconia, Baden and Rheinhessen

We represent producers from all over Germany, from basic wines and private brands up to highly rated wines from reputated producers.
At ProWine we will show wines from the wine growing regions: Mosel, Nahe, Rheinhessen, Pfalz, Baden and Franken.
Our selection at the booth includes white, red and sparkling wines produced from following traditionally grown wines to organically and biodynamically grown grapes: Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Silvaner, Bacchus and some local specialities
