About us
Winery Paul Clauss is located at Domäne Weil, a former royal estate with a long history of agricultural use. Situated on over 50 hectares in a landscape conservation area, we cultivate 10 hectares of vines at Domäne Weil, complemented by an additional 4 hectares in the nearby wine regions of Esslingen and Untertürkheim (Stuttgart).
Since 2019, we have embraced organic cultivation, reflecting our dedication to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. As a family-run winery with a deep-rooted tradition of viticulture, the estate is now led by Paul Clauss, the 14th generation. Paul’s vision is to harmonize time-honored family traditions with innovative digital cultivation methods, ensuring the production of premium-quality, sustainable wines.
This balance of heritage and innovation allows Winery Paul Clauss to craft wines that not only reflect the unique character of our vineyards but also our passion for sustainability and quality.

Products & Services
We produce organic still wine and organic sparkling wine. Our winery is located in the state of Baden-Württemberg, near Stuttgart. Our main grape variety is Riesling. We also grow Pinot Noir, Muscat Trollinger and some local grape varieties.
