The 40-hectare winery owned by Matthias, Brigitte and their son Philipp Corvers has established itself at the top of the German wine scene in recent years.

The family has been certified organic (Bioland) since 2012. 60% of the vineyards between Assmannshausen and Rauenthal in the Rheingau are classified as Grand Cru, 20% are steep slopes.

In addition to superb Rieslings in all styles, the winery has also made a name for itself with Pinot Noirs, as evidenced by 4.5 stars in the Vinum Weinguide & Gault Millau.

Hand-picking, selective work, pressing with the traditional basket press and maturing special wines in wooden barrels are important to the winegrowing family.
